yo2语法高亮（highlight）解决方案

1.启用插件WP-dp.SyntaxHighlighte(其实跟这个插件没有半点关系)

2.从codeplex下载Syntax Highlighter for Windows Live Writer插件，解压到live writer的plugins目录下，重启live writer

3.可以看到已经启用了syntax highlighted

4.插入代码，选择代码类型，类型支持的蛮多的，常见的基本上都有，可惜，对中文支持不好，乱码
